The Board of Governors provides leadership and direction for the Dunn Sport and Wellness Scholars Program Alumni Society. Formal nominations and elections are currently taking place. However the Board of Governors includes the following positions:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- At Large Members
- Professional from Recreational Sports within the Office of Student Life at The Ohio State University
- Current Student Representatives
- The President/CEO of the Ohio State University Alumni Association, or designee (ex-officio non-voting member)
